Traditional services offered include preparation of Feasibility Studies, Probable Costs and Cost Plans, Cost Monitoring, Preparation of Contract Documents, Analysis and recommendation of Tender Levels.  Tender negotiation, Cost Control during construction period.  Other non traditional services offered include Project Management, regular inspection and instigation of planned maintenance programmes and also assisting in the preparation of claims for Grant Assistance to local Councils, Highland and Islands Enterprise etc.
