OLTA manages a comprehensive website giving visitor information and business directory listings for Oban and Lorn. We also spend around £100,000 each year promoting Oban as a tourist destination with major advertising campaigns running in key Scottish and northern English papers. OLTA often works with other tourism groups and private businesses on joint marketing initiatives. Our most recent venture is a central Scotland outdoor advertising campaign to promote Oban as the Seafood Capital of Scotland and an Oban Passport to promote restaurants in our area. Visitors with more than 5 stamps can enter our prize draw for free holidays to Oban.
